Production & shipping

Every item is printed to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days; standard US shipping takes about 3–5 business days after that. You’ll get an email with tracking when your order ships. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Shipping: $4.99 for the first T-shirt ($7.99 if your order includes a sweatshirt), plus $2.00 per additional item. Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or refund — your choice.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and refund in full.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days or your package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier and our production partner to make it right.
